Join the successful Alumni & Development Office at Trinity Hall during our 675th Anniversary Campaign, whilst we prepare to mark the 50th anniversary of the admission of women and 200 years of the Boat Club.  This new role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in developing their experience of alumni relations, events organising and fundraising.    

You will bring enthusiasm and excellent organisational skills to manage a range of events for alumni, students, friends and members of the public and to assist with the careers programme, donor stewardship and fundraising.


What We Offer

- A permanent, full-time position within a supportive and friendly team
- Remuneration will be £28,000 per annum, there will be a four-month probationary period
- 37.5 hours per week, some evening and weekend work will be necessary to cover events (time in lieu is offered)

Duties

- Manage a series of events, to include dinners, lectures, concerts and receptions, ensuring they stay within budget and meet agreed objectives.   
-Use the College’s alumni database and event booking platform to maintain clear and accurate records of bookings.
- Organise the careers events and assist in delivering the mentoring programme and activities for recent alumni.
- Support the team with activities related to donor recognition, stewardship and fundraising.

Trinity Hall was founded in 1350 by the Bishop of Norwich primarily to teach Canon and Civil Law. Today, Trinity Hall is a progressive, liberal institution catering for the majority of subjects taught in the University.
